1. Pricing your home

  • We will do a through analysis of your market to set a competitive price that will position your house well against the competition.
  • We will suggest and advise as to any changes necessary to make your property more saleable and ultimately net you more money.

 

2. Install Yard Sign and Lock Box

  • Provide exposure through professionally installed sign and lock box.
  • Flyer Box with full color flyers.
  • Sign rider with an 800 number that prospective buyers can call to hear about your property anywhere at anytime as well as speak to a live agent 24/7.

 

3. Marketing Photos

  • Our professional in-house photographer will take photographs of our listings with a DSLR camera. We take as many photos as possible, aiming for 30+ of your property.

 

4. Informing our Network of Clients and Agents

  • Submit copies of your listing to our 22 agents for their waiting buyers.
  • Agents email their personal database of contacts.
  • Promote your home to top agents in the area through Top Producer and other network groups.

 

5. Promoting Online

  • Submit your home to Multiple Listing Services (MLS).
  • Property advertised 24 hours a day on over 70 websites. Example: realtor.com, trulia.com, Zillow.com.
  • Paid promotion to  “Featured Property” on all major sites.
  • Promote property to our database of over 8,000 clients.

 

6. On the Radio

  • We are the designated real estate agent for the Dave Ramsey radio/tv host as well as for the John Fredrick’s Show. All prospective buyers will be informed of your property.
  • We broadcast radio advertisements several times a day over multiple radio stations both AM and FM: Hot 100.5 ESPN Radio, 97.3 Eagle, 106.9, WNIS etc.

 

7. Prospecting

  • Each of our sales associates make prospecting calls 3 hours per day looking for buyers.
  • Aggressively seek out agents with buyers to switch to your property.

 

8. Pre-qualified Buyers

  • Pre-qualification of all prospective buyers with our in house direct lender.

 

9. Under Contract

  • Once under contract we will coordinate everything with the Mortgage Company and Title Company. We will arrange termite, home and appraisal inspections check title company instructions, etc.
  • Pre-qualification of all prospective buyers with our in house direct lender.
